An important part of the CRC 829 is the careful analysis of mouse and cell culture models. Characterization of these mouse models requires a high standard of cell biological, histological and ultrastructural expertise. Z2 was therefore established to provide technical expertise and support in primary skin 2D and 3D cell culture, general mouse skin phenotypic analysis, and histological and ultrastructural analysis of mouse tissues and cells.
