Project Details
Strategies for the function-oriented optical inspection of high-precision sheet bulk metal forming parts (A06)
Subject Area
Production Systems, Operations Management, Quality Management and Factory Planning
Term
from 2009 to 2020
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 68237143
After the second project phase, the automatic measurement using a multi-scale multi-sensor measur-ing system and its semi-automatic calibration was achieved for the optical inspection of sheet-bulk metal forming parts, one aim of the third phase is to develop a fully automated and demand-driven calibration based on the analysis of the calibration quality. Furthermore, the influence of process-related residual lubricant is analysed on a near-production measurement to compensate the systemat-ic measurement error. Another aim is to develop a measurement system for the local addition to the fringe projection measurement by deflectometry for detecting reflective, slightly curved surface areas.
