The common theme of this project are random walks and, more generally, random walks with branching in a random environment. We will develop new techniques for the analysis of stochastic processes on networks such as an extension of the entrance boundary theory to branching processes. We will further study asymptotic properties of extremal particles in a single or multitype branching random walk in random environment.
