This project aims for a complete transfer of Victor Klemperer's handwritten diaries of the years 1945-1959 (suitable to respective documents, i.e. 5000 instead of 1600 pages of the popular edition) to DVD. The diaries are thus being made accessible for further research by various areas of expertise.In addition the project aims at presenting within a scientific apparatus not only the editor's longtime studies on the subject but also at offering the results of prospective research.
