The Integrated Research Training Group provides a structured and individual qualification training with the aim to support the doctoral researchers on their way to scientific independence. The qualification offerings are manifold and include, amongst others, summer and winter schools, seminars, stays abroad, special courses and coaching. During the third funding phase, the qualification program will be extended in order to cope with the complex challenges in the industry, research field, society and worklife balance. The program is dedicated to prepare the doctoral researchers for the future role as leaders in the academia and in the industry.
