Das Teilprojekt verfolgt das Ziel, unter Einsatz neuer MR-Kontrastmittel (SPIA, Mikrobeads, GadofluorieneM) zelluläre und molekulare Interaktionen beim experimentellen Schlaganfall in der MRTsichtbar und später für ein in vivo Therapiemonitoring nutzbar zu machen. In einem zweiten, pathophysiologischausgerichteten Teil greift das Teilprojekt funktionelle Untersuchungen zur Hirninfarktentwicklungals molekulare Modelle der Thrombozyten- und Gerinnungsfunktion aus dem ProjektbereichA auf.
