Final Report Abstract

In Summary, SP13 has contributed knowledge regarding tree species-microbial functional interactions both at the broad plot and biodiversity scale of the BEF-China experiment, as well as in specific ecosystem compartments such as decomposing litter, the rhizosphere, or decomposing wood. This ultifaceted approach is contributing knowledge to many aspects of biodiversity-ecosystem function relationships.
