Final Report Abstract

In the last project period, we focused mainly an the micro fabrication process technology, the implementation of the nano porous piezoelectric layers and the adaption of different technological levels. Another topic was the synchronization of cantilevers arranged in an array. VVe developed a synchronization method that allows to fully synchronize the oscillation of separate cantilevers by a simple mechanical structure.
