Supporting CRC 1002 research data integration, visualization and reusability (INF)

INF has developed innovative research data structures which have been a tremendous support to all CRC 1002 projects and to many projects outside the CRC. In the next funding period, INF will focus on: (1) Integration and visualization of clinical and biospecimen data as well as imaging and omics data from aortic valve stenosis patients; (2) Integration and visualization of echocardiographic datasets from wildtype versus transgenic mouse models of heart failure with omics-type data; (3) Optimization of existing Research Data Platform (RDP) modules with a focus on reusability of data; (4) Implementation of a regular process for data quality control; and (5) Enhancing the menoci RDP software code and documentation quality for sustainable open source licensing.
