Project Z02 will provide the infrastructure and expertise to plan and perform genome and transcriptome analyses based on microarrays and next generation sequencing for all members of the consortium. Z02 will support the project groups to plan and design the experiments and will perform sample processing, measurement and data analysis at own facilities. In addition, Z02 will be responsible for data management, publication of the data and the generation of publishable representation of relevant results. It will further provide bioinformatic downstream analyses and help to work out the biological interpretation of the experimental results in cooperation with the project group.
