Term
since 2013
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 227953431
This project hypothesizes that the connectivity in the extended hippocampal-prefrontal and entorhinal-prefrontal memory networks is impaired in Alzheimer’s disease models and contributes to spatial working memory deficits. This hypothesis will be examined using analysis of circuit connectivity combined with in vivo multiphoton imaging and optogenetic manipulation in a working memory task.
