Final Report Abstract

Im Antragszeitraum wurden mit Hilfe der Zwei-Photonen-Laserscanmikroskopie an transgenen Mausmodellen verschiedene Untersuchungen zur neuronal/glialen Interaktion unter physiologischen und pathophysiologischen (spinale Verletzungen und Amyotrophe Lateralsklerose) Bedingungen durchgeführt. Bei der Erfassung neuronaler Erregung mit Hilfe des Calcium-Imaging wurden erste Ergebnisse erzielt. Die Untersuchungen wurden durch elektrophysiologische Untersuchungen ergänzt.
