Drop/spray impact on wall films of different liquids (A02)

The aim of this subproject is the experimental investigation and theoretical modeling of the secondary spray and the near-wall fluid flow generated by spray and droplet impact on a very hot substrate and influenced by boiling processes. The fluids of the wall film and the spray differ in their fluid properties. The experi-mental data are used to build the model. The extended model predicting the parameters of the secondary spray and the wall flow will be provided for implementation in the numerical codes of the project partners.
