For the determination of neutrino oscillation parameters the energy of the incoming neutrinos is required. This energy is not known and must be reconstructed from a measurement of the final hadronic state. All presently running or planned experiments aiming for a precise determination of oscillation parameters use nuclear targets. This complicates the energy reconstruction so that all experiments have to rely on theoretical simulations of the reaction history. Within the project applied for here, an existing simulation, GiBUU, shall be further improved and made reliable for the higher energies of modern experiments.
