Fields of interest include - among others - the theory of the welfare state, European integration and regulation policy, labor market economics and human capital, environmental economics. The programme includes a two-year teaching schedule at the universities of Bochum and Dortmund, which offers methods-oriented (decision theory, game theory) and problem-oriented courses, seminars and work-shops.
