We will extend our joint study of optical control and manipulation of superconductivity in high Tc cuprates. We will further develop and apply parametric amplification mechanisms to stabilize superconductivity, and, going beyond stabilizing an equilibrium order, we will also drive high Tc materials into far-out-of-equilibrium states, such as turbulent and time crystalline states. Direct collaboration with B8 on time-resolved transport is planned, as well as quantum simulation oriented exchange with C1, C4, C5, and C9.
