In this fellowship two important issues in the spectroscopic investigation of spin interactions in high-spin magnetic molecules will be tackled:1. Investigation of the effect of higher-order Zeeman terms on high-field EPR spectra2. Discrimination of easy and hard axis magnetic anisotropy using polarization dependence of EPR spectra.
