Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse

Overall, our work as contributed to a general understanding of how splice sites can be recognized and paired in the complex general environment. More generally our work has deepened our understanding of the RNA regulatory code in the regulation of various aspects of gene expression. The SPP1935 was instrumental in fertilizing collaborations and very productive in training and education of doctoral students and postdocs in RNP research.
