The main goal of the project is the creation of a visualization platform that can be used as a versatile fast prototyping authoring system in the contexts of geometry, dynamics and related areas. The main emphasis is on the creation of a JavaScript based environment that combines mathematical reliability and correctness with high speed rendering techniques. A focus within the CRC will be the implementation of complex homotopy methods that underlies many rendering situations as well as the use of parallel GPU optimized rendering techniques.
