i-Oscar is the integrated young researcher training program of Oscar that guarantees education of the highest quality standards for the involved master and doctoral students as well as postdocs. It offers scientific and technical training modules like intensive weeks, minisymposia and seminar series. Furthermore, i-Oscar provides supervision elements during the PhD thesis work and fosters the personal development of the young researchers with soft-skill courses and a voluntary assessment program for postdocs. The measures will be adapted to the needs of its members with a particular focus on supporting the scientific independence of the young researchers.
