The goal of the project is the theoretical description of charge-carrier dynamics in nanostructures far from equilibrium. On the one hand, the influence of Coulomb interactions on the full counting statistics in quantum-dot systems will be investigated within a real-time diagrammatic method. On the other hand, a theoretical description of nonlocal electron relaxation in extended nanostructures will be developed within a Floquet scattering matrix approach.
