Project Details
Magnetoelectric sensor characterization (Z02)
Subject Area
Electronic Semiconductors, Components and Circuits, Integrated Systems, Sensor Technology, Theoretical Electrical Engineering
Term
since 2016
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 286471992
Service project Z2 will be carried out in close cooperation with almost all projects of the CRC1261 and has two main objectives throughout the entire project period. The first is the functional characterization of the ME sensors under the same measurement conditions, directional characterization of the sensors, and measurement of the transfer function of ME sensors. The second task of the project is technical support of medical applications in terms of conditioning individual sensors, sensor arrays, corresponding readout electronics, preparation and improvement of measurement software, and setups for biomedical measurements, particularly by implementing a camera-based co-registration system into the head scanner.
