Structural dynamic production systems with individual and temporary linked work places are the technical version of the product variants of personalized production. The high volatility of the order structure in connection with a changing planning horizon leads to a system that is potentially unstable. Thus, the transfer of the existing process model into a model with control technology forms the basis for a regulation. Due to the introduction of a robustness controller, the input parameters of the order release are aligned with the current system status, through which an adjusted reaction takes place in case of strong disturbances.
