Project Details
Interfaces with N-heteropolycycles: Morphologies, Electronic Properties and Dynamics of Electronically Excited States (B06)
Subject Area
Physical Chemistry of Solids and Surfaces, Material Characterisation
Term
since 2017
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 281029004
The project aims towards the determination of the adsorption, electronic, nonlinear optical, magneto-optical, and ferroelectrical properties as well as the dynamics of optically excited electronic states in N-heteropolycycles at interfaces and within thin molecular films. To achieve the objective a comprehensive multitechnique experimental approach is applied including both static and femtosecond time-resolved optical and electron spectroscopies as well as scanning probe methods.
