Structural and Functional Diversity of alpha-Proteobacterial Acidocalcisomes/polyphosphate

Subject Area Metabolism, Biochemistry and Genetics of Microorganisms
Cell Biology
Term from 2016 to 2021
Project identifier Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 327837089

Final Report Year 2022

Final Report Abstract

The project was very successful: new knowledge about bacterial acidocalcisomes and the metabolism of polyphosphate in Agrobacterium tumefaciens was obtained, that has been meanwhile published in three peer-reviewed international publications.
