We intend to cover a large part of the Perseus galaxy cluster with deep ultraviolet imaging at the WIYN telescope. The goals of this project are: 1) Measuring structure and colours (stellar populations) of dwarf galaxies, with a particular focus on determining stellar ages and revealing recent star formation activity; 2) Identifying signs of interactions within local associations of galaxies that are already part of the cluster; 3) Comparing the Perseus cluster's galaxy population with that of the less massive, but similarly concentrated Fornax cluster, which is currently being targeted with comparably deep imaging.
