The University of Siegen wishes to systematically promote and support the open access principle as part of an entire project. To this end, the University of Siegen has decided to sustainable establish an open access publication fund with accompanying consulting services to finance article processing charges for articles that appear in original and quality-controlled open access journals. The implementation of appropriate sustainable courses of business and organizational forms will take place in parallel.
