Final Report Abstract

In this project, we focus on achieving green ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC) with finite blocklength codes. We start with the study of achievable performance models. Then, we investigate the optimal resource allocation scheme, including frame structure design and packet scheduling, based on those performance models. On the one hand, we capture the full picture of the influence of perfect and imperfect CSI on the FBL performance. On the other hand, the energy management with energy harvesting technologies is investigated to achieve the green URLLC communications.
