The material record of human occupation of the inland of the Nuussuaq Peninsula is documented by surveys: camps with summer tent houses, overnight places, caches and hunting structures of the Paleo-Inuit, the Thule culture and the colonial period. This research extends the knowledge of inland use which derives from past research in Central west Greenland to interprete regional differences and past changes of occupation manners, group size and composition, mobility and hunting methods.
