Final Report Abstract

Das Projekt liefert ein umfassendes Bild verschiedener mitgliedstaatlicher und europäischer Instrumente zur Förderung von sozialem Unternehmertum. Sowohl durch die Einführung von Gesellschaftsrechtsformen für Sozialunternehmen als auch durch Zertifizierungsregime können Anreize für Unternehmen gesetzt werden, nicht nur gewinnorientiert, sondern auch sozial und ökologisch verantwortungsvoll zu handeln. Die umfassende Analyse aus rechtsvergleichender Perspektive kann nicht nur helfen, legislative Entwicklungen in den Mitgliedstaaten und der EU nachzuvollziehen, sondern auch neue Reformen anzustoßen.
