As already stated in the initial application 2018 for the first part of the project, the consideration of the gods and their myths under the aspect of the norm transgressions they are charged with is followed in the second part by the consideration of these very norms in the real-worldly human context. It will then be examined to what extent the treatment of a transgression against these norms is identical or different in the divine and human spheres. Possible reasons for this will be explored in more detail in the final analysis. In the end, both parts of the project, linked together, will be brought into final form. The results of the entire project on norm-transgressive gods will then be published in a Monograph.
