Degradation and recovery of protistan parasite communities under multiple stressors (A07)

A07 will comparatively analyse the response of heteroxenous and monoxenous protistan parasites, and of generalists and specialists among protistan parasites, to the increase and decrease of multi-ple stressors. A complementary combination of molecular (metabarcoding of environmental sam-ples and amphipod guts) and morphological observations (using fluorescence probes) will be ap-plied to samples from AquaFlow, ExStream and from the field.
