The goal of this subproject is to study human decision-making processes to gain insights into how humans master flexible adaptations to new, ambiguous and uncertain environments. Continuing with the established everyday activity, the Kitchen Table Setting task (EASE-TSD), we will investigate human decision making from two complementary perspectives: (1) neural activity underlying human decision making and (2) how humans learn making decisions in ambiguous and uncertain environments.
