The overarching goal of the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam - German Research Centre for Geosciences and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research is to implement a virtual information budget, which will be managed and administered by the library. In the second funding phase, the processes initiated to optimize publication cost monitoring, networking within the institutions and the transparency of funding flows will be continued and expanded. The library will continue to strengthen its function as a central point of contact for publication issues.
