The University of Greifswald aims to further promote the publication of its research results in open access and increase the open access share of its publication volume. With DFG-funding a standard infrastructure for financing of original scientific open access publications in quality-assured media will be introduced that simplifies the procedure for the members of the University of Greifswald. For this purpose, the administration of the open access publication data will be centralized at the University Library Greifswald, enabling transparent monitoring of the volume of open access publications. Suitable workflows and tools will be developed and implemented.
