Aza-Heck cyclizations for the preparation of N-containing heterocycles

In our research project, we put forward several new research ideas about the preparation of N-heterocycles through aza-Heck reactions. Alkene-tethered amides and ureas are designed as the new nitrogen electrophiles in aza-Heck cyclizations. Further research plans involve asymmetric aza-Heck cyclizations and aza-Heck cascade reactions. Compared to the state of the art, our research design is devoted to the assembly of new stable nitrogen electrophiles and thus enables large-scale aza-Heck cyclizations.
