The requested 9.4T (400 MHz) NMR spectrometer will replace a former 250 MHz NMR machine. It should be used to record standard NMR spectra as well as to perform special NMR experiments. The three-channel configuration is equipped with an autosampler and a cooling device to investigate dynamic systems and temperature sensitive compounds. The third channel is tuned to 31P frequency and will be used to perform triple resonance NMR experiments with additional 31P decoupling as for instance 13C{31P,1H}.
