Objective of the project is to establish sustainable infrastructures for Open Access at Nürtingen-Geislingen University. Through closer cooperation between library, the Centre of Applied Research and the finance department as well as other stakeholders (rectorate, IT services), the cost spent on publications across the university is to be fully monitored. The monitoring of all scientific publications written by authors of the NGU via the university’s own repository is to be further improved and supplemented with the option of cost monitoring. In order to further advance the open access transformation at the NGU, the university requests funding for open access publications.
