Some structures are now firmly established at THI, e.g. the Open Access Publication Fund, the information and advisory services offered by the university library and publication monitoring via the repository. Building on this, further structures are to be created or expanded, e.g. training courses and financial monitoring. The virtual information budget is to be established on the basis of improved financial monitoring. Building on this, the long-term aim is to establish a real information budget.
