As a follow-up to the first funding phase, the project pursues the overarching goal of supporting the transition from a subscription-based literature supply to the financing of open access publications and OA infra-structures with structural measures. These measures include the continued operation of Goethe University's reliable and low-barrier OA publication funds, the development and implementation of an institutional bibliography, and the execution of a project to restructure and simplify the financing of literature supply and publication costs at Goethe University.
