Project Details
Value-based production management for resource-efficient manufacturing of hybrid high-performance components (C08*)
Subject Area
Production Automation and Assembly Technology
Term
since 2023
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 252662854
In order to facilitate the transfer of the innovations developed in the SFB into practice, economic evaluation methods are needed to estimate the overall advantage of the innovation as well as an assessment of the logistical and ecological impacts. Within the scope of this subproject, the intention is thus to create a holistic evaluation option for product and process innovations. In addition to evaluation, the Tailored Forming process chain is functionalized with the primary aim of increasing the economic value through value-based production management, for example by reducing energy costs through the targeted application of production planning and control procedures.
