Das Problem der korrekten Erfassung von Rändern bei der "Large Eddy" Simulation ist nach wie vor nicht befriedigend gelöst. In diesem Projekt soll anhand von a posteriori Tests von Daten, die mittels direkter numerischer Simulation (DNS) gewonnen werden geprüft werden, inwieweit bestehende Wandmodelle mit dem tats"achlichen Feld übereinstimmen und aus den DNS - Daten mittels neuerer Methoden der nichtlinearen Datenanalyse bessere Modelle abgeleitet werden.The problem of a correct treatment of boundaries in the field of large-eddy-simulation is still not solved in a satisfying way. This project is intended to test a posteriori data obtained from direct numerical simulations (DNS). First existing models will be checked for their range of validity and secondly new models will be deducted by means of newer methods of nonlinear data analysis.
