The single crystal X-Ray diffractometers currently operated at the Faculty of Natural Science II of the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg rely on outdated technologies, are equipped with an air-cooling device of limited performance and require increased maintenance and repair. For this reason, the purchase of a modern single crystal X-Ray diffractometer is requested, which will be used for high throughput routine measurements, as well as for specialized experiments. Measurements of single crystals with long cell axis be possible without limitations as well. For this reason, an instrument with a microfocus X-ray tube (Mo), a state-of-the-art pixel detector and a cryo system is desired.
