The project aims to realize a newly developed integrated software infrastructure (AFLOW: automatic FLOW for materials discovery) and hetbuilder) for the autonomous modelling of 2D HSs; and unravel rational and targeted design rules for oxide interfaces in the strong interaction regime, i.e., where the components form covalent, ionic or metallic bonds at the interface creating novel functionalities.
