The subproject is divided into five work packages: corpus review, followed by qualitative analysis, development of the methodological foundations, and research on the intersections of PIL with the political and social philosophy of „the foreign“. The project aims to promote interdisciplinary exchange on the subject to increase the visibility of PIL in the broader context of the „deference to the foreign“ discourse. Publications in monograph or article form will accompany all work packages.
