B02 studies processes related to charge transfer using tip-enhanced Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopies with high spatial resolution (25 nm). B02 investigates how local effects such as strain, defects, and inhomogeneity affect charge transfer and charge-transfer excitons in mol2Dmat heterostructures. The project aims to distinguish excitons localized by defects from mobile charge-transfer excitons and study local effects in intercalation. B02 will map the spatial diffusion of charge-transfer excitons through tip-enhanced photoluminescence spectroscopy.
