Research data management for safety-integrated and infection-reactive implants (INF*)

The INF subproject addresses the challenge of integrating diverse (experimental, radiological, clinical, simulation) data types, standardizing terminologies, and ensuring consistent metadata across the interdisciplinary research fields of this CRC. This will be achieved through the development of a unified research data management (RDM) solution, guided by using the digital implant lifecycle management (DILM) as framework, and built upon established infrastructure. Demonstrated through representative use cases, such as 3D in vitro models and detection/reaction systems, this subproject will facilitate efficient data exchange, foster methodological innovation, and promote synergistic collaboration within the CRC.
