Term
since 2026
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 581205373
This project aims to design a platform for a semi-automated, high-throughput synthetic (HTS) approach of libraries of light-responsive ruthenium(II) complexes to systematically identify the suitability for photodynamic therapy (PDT), photoactivated chemotherapy (PACT) or proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET). Focusing on application in PACT and PCET, key compounds will be conjugated to nanobodies, enhancing specific cellular targeting for the use as anticancer agents.
