One of the key conventional high-speed cell sorting systems used for service operations at the ULMTeC Core Facility Cytometry is outdated, and the manufacturer has officially discontinued support for this device type. To maintain the service offerings of the ULMTeC Core Facility, the acquisition of a replacement cell sorting system is essential. By procuring a cell sorter that meets the current technological standards, the competitiveness and attractiveness of Ulm University and Ulm University Hospital for researchers can be sustained. Furthermore, investing in a system equipped with imaging capabilities would contribute to the optimization of the research infrastructure.
