A central aim of time-dependent quantum transport is to access and control coherent internal time-scales of electrons in nanosystems. Often such time scales emerge only in correlation functions, which contain information beyond the average current. In this project we address non-classical properties of coupled quantum systems, such as bosonic degrees of freedom interacting with electrons in a quantum contact or in a quantum dot. The goal is to control quantum correlation effects like squeezing, negative quasiprobabilities or entanglement between fermionic and bosonic many-body states.
